Alberta Veterinary Care is recruiting for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our awesome team. Who you are: You have a passion for providing comprehensive, personalized care. You have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth. You are tech savvy, and comfortable working in a paperless setting (Use of Avimark, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and more will be part of daily routine). You are dependable, compassionate, dedicated to your patients, and ready to integrate into a skilled team of professionals overseeing care for our well-established and wonderful clientele. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in small animal medicine.

At Alberta Veterinary Care our goal is to nurture the human-animal bond through progressive, thorough, and thoughtful medical care for our patients, and through education for our clients. We strive to work within client constraints and focus on providing exceptional, empathetic customer service. We empower each other with trust and respect in an open, fun, and progressive environment. We are focused on providing stellar client service and high quality medicine individually tailored to every pet. We utilize digital radiology, ultrasound, STORZ video scope, surgical laser, and we are fully paperless. We have a fantastic team of support staff, including a full team of skilled veterinary assistants who are well versed in comprehensive patient care and diagnostics, allowing our doctors to focus on important face time with clients.

Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package including health/ dental insurance, PTO, IRA retirement with 3% match, and a generous continuing education stipend. We cover AVMA, PLIT, OR license, PVMA, and DEA costs. Compensation is a base + production model with a 120 k base. Signing bonus commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position with an anticipated 35-40 hour workweek.
