At Lums Pond Animal Hospital, we have a collaborative and dynamic team of veterinary professionals. Privately owned, AAHA Accredited since 2008, 30+ years in business, longevity in staff (40% have been employed with LPAH for over 20 years). We are a true small animal General Practice. Open Monday-Friday. No weekends, overnight, or on-call. 30 minute wellness and 30 minute sick appointments. We want our team to spend time with clients, and not be rushing from room to room. Our appointment schedule and format allows us to give care fairly to our patients while considering the importance of your life after hours. We strategically schedule a wellness appointment before lunch, and the last appointment of the day. We are closed for appointments between noon and 1:00pm, so everyone has time to eat lunch and take a break. We can't wait for you to see how rewarding it is to work in a Fear Free based, wellness based, unique practice where we value that people matter as much as pets.
Surgery is not a requirement, but if you enjoy surgery, we offer separate surgical and dental suites. We have a surgical team of technicians and a dedicated treatment technician for post op care.

This position is for an experienced small animal Veterinarian.
Part time benefits can be negotiated.
Full-time benefits include:
Delaware veterinary license and CSR, DEA registration, and dues and membership fees for the AVMA and DVMA. LPAH has memberships with atDove and AAHA, access is included.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, we will work with the schedule you desire. Part time base salary and benefits can be negotiated based on the number of desired hours.
