Founder-run business has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Veterinarian for the role of Medical Director to join their Executive team and serve as managing veterinarian of small animal hospitals in Northern/Central New Jersey (specifically Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset & Union Counties). Our hospitals are committed to providing our clients and their pets with high-quality medical service and compassionate care.  We care deeply about providing clear communication built on trust and integrity.  Our ideal veterinarian will have excellent medical and surgical, communication and leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to help grow our family of hospitals. Proficiency in soft tissue surgery, dentistry and experience treating acute and chronic cases required. As Medical Director, you will initially operate our small animal hospitals and actively recruit for managing veterinarians and associates.  Additionally, as a part of the executive management team, you will assist with future acquisitions and help oversee a growing portfolio of practices.  Must have a NJ license (or ability to obtain) and DEA license. Highly competitive base salary with bonuses and benefits.
