Full-time Veterinarian
Busy and growing, small animal, avian and exotic animal veterinary hospital seeks full-time associate veterinarian with a strong interest in treating birds, small mammals, and reptiles as well as dogs and cats. About 10% of our caseload is avian/exotic. We see pet birds from small to large, ferrets, a large variety of small mammals, non-venomous reptiles and some wildlife as well as dogs and cats. Each animal and client is treated as an individual. No cookbook medicine here. Vaccines and treatment recommendations are based on needs and risks of the animal and not on boosting sales. We try to practice good medicine and not excessive medicine. Treatment options are offered to clients as much as possible to help those who cannot afford everything.
