With over 40 years in the community, we’ve expanded to three AAHA-certified, state-of-the-art clinics, where we prioritize quality pet care and a positive work environment.

- Experienced & Supportive Team: Work alongside five experienced doctors, one CVPM manager, eight RVTs, and one AVA. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or a new grad, you’ll thrive with our mentorship, collaboration, and supportive environment.
- Work-Life Balance: Our full-time schedule is four days a week with equally shared Saturdays. Enjoy 2-3 hour lunch breaks and no on-call emergencies, allowing you to recharge and focus on quality care.
- Advanced Technology & Equipment: Our clinics are equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, surgical and therapy lasers, video otoscope, ultrasound, and tonometry, all complemented by an in-house lab.
- Personal & Professional Support: Each doctor has access to a shared personal assistant to help manage daytime errands, relieving some of the mental load and letting you focus on patient care.
- Positive Culture: We maintain a respectful, client-focused culture. Our CVPM doesn’t tolerate negative client behavior, ensuring a safe and positive workplace for our team.
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is open to veterinarians of all experience levels. New graduates will find mentorship and support, while experienced doctors can take advantage of collaborative opportunities and autonomy. Our 3:1 assistant-to-doctor ratio helps us work comfortably and efficiently.
