Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is pleased to announce an opportunity for an experienced Medical Director Veterinarian in our spacious multi-doctor hospital in the beautiful city of Carlsbad, CA.

Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is an 8,800 sq ft beautiful hospital. Featuring 4 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a surgery suite. We have all state-of-the-art equipment. We have an amazing tenure on the team with our hospital manager who has been with Bressi for 22 years! Our CVTs are well-utilized and such a huge asset to our hospital. We are a fun and collaborative team and are beyond excited to bring in a Medical Director. We have some of the greatest long-standing clients.

 The Medical Director (MD) provides strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to the associate veterinarians to ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service. The MD will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital's annual operating plan. The MD will own responsibility for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and minimum Standards of Care are developed and complied with. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention, and advocating for the growth of the clinic.

Requirements:

Licensed CA Veterinarian (active and clear)

3+ years of leadership experience

Excellent, demonstrated medical and surgical skills are essential.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, DVMs, and teammates to build a results-driven, team-oriented environment
