Pro-Sal: guaranteed base salary with a percentage of production

Primarily small animal clinic in semi-rural area with great client base seeking full time associate. 30 minutes from Elizabethtown and Louisville. Some Saturdays, no nights/Sundays/major holidays. Base pay of $115,943 with production bonus. Able to grow your field interest. Option to purchase clinic. Well trained staff with licensed technicians on payroll. Proficiency in performing basic surgeries (cat and dog spay/neuter, laceration repairs) with ability to grow skills to include orthopedics and exotic animal medicine. Ability to perform dental procedures. Ability to communicate with clients and staff clearly. Ability to interpret diagnostics and form a treatment plan for the pet that takes the client's budget into account
