Veterinary Externship During an externship, 3rd and 4th year veterinary students: Extern will shadow veterinarians, observe how they interact with clients. Perform physical examinations and assist with diagnosing and treating animals. Experience Lab, x-ray, ultrasound, dental and dental x-rays etc. Develop diagnostic and treatment plans, observe surgery, help manage medical cases. Provide wellness care. Develop client communication skills while gathering information about patient's health. Front desk operations and produce medical records. Experience a locally owned small animal private practice. Learn about the front desk operations and the importance of a clean Hospital. $2000.00 stipend for 4 week Externship  (2 week and 3 week programs available)  plus h
