Compensation & Benefits 

• $125,000 - $180,000 base salary plus 23% production – no negative accrual  

• $30,000 sign-on bonus & relocation bonus 

• Weekends off and no on-call responsibilities 

• 6 weeks (30 days) PTO + 6 paid holidays  

• $1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days per year 

• 4-day work week with a flexible schedule
