Hope Veterinary Clinics located in Columbus, IN is seeking a Full-Time Veterinarian to join our team. Since 1977, we have grown our hospital across three state-of-the-art AAHA certified clinics in the area to provide pet owners with quality care. Our team includes five doctors, one CVPM manager, eight RVTs, and one AVA, as well as an experienced support staff.

Doctors of all experience levels are welcome! We are happy to work and mentor a new graduate. Our experienced team of doctors are collaborative and enjoy working together on cases to provide the best care for pets possible. A new doctor can confidently come aboard and be supported by our knowledgeable support staff and doctors. Our full-time vet schedule is four days per week and rotating Saturdays.

• State-of-the-art equipment including, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, surgical and therapy laser, video otoscope, ultrasound, and tonometry

• Flexible scheduling with 2-3 hour lunches
• No on-call emergencies, minimal hospitalization, and several referral options available
• 3:1 assistant to doctor ratio. We let our staff work to their (and our) comfort level.
• Open to introducing new services, species, medications, and more.
• Shared personal assistant to help with daytime errands, relieving some of the mental load on our doctors and staff.
• We do not tolerate bad behavior from clients and the CVPM will fire them as needed.
• Mentorship and collaboration with 5 experienced doctors – we share cases and meet for lunch every week.
• Equally shared Saturday duties
