Our fast paced multi-doctor small animal practice is ready to bring on an additional DVM. In addition, we are new grad friendly and can provide exceptional mentorship.
Job Description
The Animal Hospital and Pet Resort at Southwood is a full-service animal hospital providing comprehensive companion pet healthcare including exotics and resort-style luxury boarding. We pride ourselves on providing the best care and offering the latest in medical technology available. This includes paperless digital medical records, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratory machines to evaluate blood and urine samples, a high-speed ultrasonic dental scaler and drill, therapeutic laser, and more. Since 2008 we have been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and are also certified by the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) as a gold-level Cat Friendly Practice.
Tallahassee, the state capitol of Florida, is one of the best places to live where you can experience all four seasons. Yes we get snow! With three higher education institutions in town, including Florida State University, locals can take advantage of cultural activities, sporting events and nightlife.
