The salary for this position is for a 40-hour work week and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on bonus. Depending on the employee's status, benefits include, medical coverage (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and more.

NO on call, NO after hours!! Schedules are flexible with options of 4-10s or 5-8s
