For new grads who join our team, we invest our time to ensure you get the support, time, and guidance for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes:

• Structured orientation and tailored mentorship program, including 1-on-1 surgical training and longer appointment times
• Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates.
• New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position.
• Slack group discussions to connect you with experienced vets for case reviews, connection, and advice.
