Sutton Animal Hospital, a privately owned small animal practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, is looking for a full-time associate veterinarian to become a key player on our friendly, skilled team.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice in New York State.
- Internship preferred. At least one year clinical experience required.
Skills:
- We value excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfort with basic surgeries and dental care.
About Us:
Opened in 2017 by Dr. Susanne Kent-Miller and Dr. Monica Kennedy, Sutton Animal Hospital provides high quality care for dogs and cats in a modern, warm, and spacious environment. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a top-notch surgery suite, digital radiography (both general and dental), point of care ultrasound, VetScan-VS2, and rapid turnaround for outside labwork. We have regularly visiting specialists in internal medicine/ultrasound, cardiology, and surgery, with remote radiology specialists.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Pro-Sal. Starting base of $125,000 and up, reflective of your experience. Potential for $200,000 or more.

Flexible Schedule: Your preference of a 4 or 5 day work week, including every other Saturday. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team.
