Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital is a combination primary care + emergency and critical care practice seeking a GP Veterinarian to join our amazing team! We have both day shifts and night shifts available!
The Hospital is an AAHA accredited and VECCS Level 2 Certified Emergency and Critical Care facility and is well equipped to allow you to practice the highest level of care. On a tour of our hospital you will find in house labs, digital radiographs (including digital dental rads), endoscopy and laparoscopy capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for lifestyle balance: practice state of the art veterinary medicine and live in the recreational and cultural center of the Southern Appalachian Mountains.
We are located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains between the beautiful towns of Hendersonville and Flat Rock, North Carolina. There are an incredible number of outdoor opportunities here: hiking, mountain and road cycling, rock climbing, paddling, fishing and camping. Life is a little bit slower in the mountains, so there is time to sip your coffee at a local cafe, or enjoy a beer at one of the NC micro-breweries.
