Bloom Veterinary Group is a collection of locally owned and managed practices in Northern California and Nevada. Our vision is to share ownership and leadership with you in pursuit of a more balanced and meaningful veterinary experience. The Bloom management team has a decade of experience working in the veterinary industry. We are using that knowledge to revive community based, local practices by collaborating with and empowering our associates, partners and staff to build the practice they love to come to and are proud of.  

We offer a $150,000 sign-on bonus with options for ownership equity as a partner for qualified full-time applicants, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus for part-time associates.

Each of our locations is fully equipped with the latest technology in imaging (digital X-ray and Ultrasound). Our labs are Abaxis for in-house and Antech for reference labs. We use Neo, a cloud based system, for our EMR. Our staff have been with the practices more than 5 years and are kind, capable and dependable. We value work-life balance and give you the freedom to run the day as you want. Unlike many corporations we have ownership on-site and provide local management support, so you have control over the medicine, and we take care of the rest!

We offer a competitive guaranteed base for full-time associates, good for those who are starting out and need to ramp up their skill level.
Production %, benefits, and everything else is customizable based on the associate.
Signing/moving bonuses are negotiable.

 Lincoln Pet Clinic is a general practice and urgent care veterinary hospital with modern equipment and managed with enterprise-level tools by veterans of the industry. We love the Lincoln Community and are fortunate to live in such a beautiful area. We work with the intention of growing sustainably, providing work-life balance for our staff, and promoting an internal atmosphere of support and positivity.

 Dr. Hall has cultivated a practice that is focused on quality medicine instead of quantity. She loves working in a supportive and collaborative environment and is happy to mentor. She has years of experience in ER and GP and would love to share it with the next Associate or future partner.

Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic, Nevada City, CA

Independently owned, small animal general practice in Nevada City, CA is looking for part-time or full-time veterinarians to join our team of two DVMs and dedicated, highly trained staff.

Dr. Mills and Dr. Michaelis have over 20 years of veterinary experience and are able to provide mentorship to new graduates as needed.  Our ideal applicant would enjoy working as part of a team, have a sense of humor and would promote our culture of support, positivity, and sustainability.

You run the day the way you want, spend time with the clients and patients as you like, practice the medicine you love. You have control over the medicine and your work-life balance. We take care of the rest. We are looking ideally to add a new full-time DVM to our practice, part-timers are welcome, but would need to work at least 2 days a week. 

The facility is a little dated but we are planning a complete remodel over the next year to modernize and make it your new home.

We are located just 1 hour from Lake Tahoe, Reno and Sacramento!  There is a little bit of everything so close to our sweet, cute antiquing town!  Wonderful small town feel with big town amenities!
