Good Friends Animal Hospital of Urbana, Illinois is eager to expand our team! We are looking for another DVM to come practice high quality, compassionate veterinary medicine within the sought after community of Urbana, Illinois. We are a cutting edge, full-service, small animal practice that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, dental care, same day urgent care, house calls, and an online store for the essentials that your pet needs. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories.  The facility includes in-house digital x-ray capabilities, pet ultrasound, soft tissue surgery with a closely supervised hospitalization area, laser therapy, and weight and nutritional management.

We welcome DVMs of all experience levels! If you are a new or recent graduate, we are willing to provide any desired mentorship. Our two current DVMs are supported by a tremendous support staff consisting of multiple RVTs, a CVA, a CSR, and our practice manager. They are skilled and professional, always making sure our doctors are never without a hand. We emphasize work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and no on-call responsibilities for all of our team members.
