Seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian
Piedmont Veterinary Clinic located in historic Hillsborough, NC, is a privately-owned practice that has been serving the Hillsborough area since 1976. Our present facility opened in 2008.
Our team consists of 3 practicing veterinarians, 6 veterinary assistants, 4 kennel assistants, 2 receptionists and a CVPM manager.
Our progressive, state-of-the-art practice offers comprehensive healthcare, surgery, radiology, dentistry and laser therapy. We are equipped with Cornerstone software, Idexx radiology, digital dental radiography, Idexx in-house and reference lab and Companion therapy laser.
Our primary emergency/referral hospital is located within 11 miles of our clinic. We do not hospitalize patients overnight, they are referred.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 am until 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm.
- Benefits: PTO, 401K, health insurance, licensing, continuing education expenses and professional organization dues
- Salary: $90,000 base plus production. Benefits and salary negotiable.
- Schedule: Work 4 days from Monday - Friday with one day off, rotating schedule to work every 3rd Saturday and closed on Sundays. Normal clinical schedule hours are 8am-5pm on weekdays and 8am-12pm on Saturdays.
