Cowtown Animal Hospital is looking for a FT Veterinarian to join our growing practice in beautiful Okeechobee, Florida. At our practice, we strive for that small town personal experience, just like you find in Okeechobee itself.
Okeechobee is a growing community and the mecca for outdoor activities that includes hiking, biking, horseback riding, boating, camping, fishing, hunting and much more. We are the location of the Bass Master Fishing Tournaments, multitude of competitive rodeos and the area has numerous preserves for that outdoor hunting adventure. Okeechobee is only 45 mins from the coast and that small town personal appeal makes it a great place to raise a family.
Cowtown Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal practice with 8a-5p week day hours and Sat 8a-12p BUT closed the first Saturday of the month. We have a full in house IDEXX lab station, Digital Xray, Digital Dental Xray, Ultrasound, in office ECG and much more.
Cowtown Animal Hospital is looking for in an associate who is highly motivated with a passion for the profession, communicates well with clients and staff, works up cases, maintains comprehensive medical records, perform elective surgeries, has basic computer skills and has an overall positive attitude.
Full time associate would work 4 ½ to 5 days a week with NO emergencies.

Salary will be $90,000 + based on level of experience. A comprehensive benefit package includes pension, health insurance, CE, vacation pay, association fees and licenses. Other incentives to be discussed at time of interview. Buy in potential available.
