We offer a 4 day work week with no emergency on call (there is a local emergency clinic nearby open 24 hours). We believe that work/life balance is integral to refreshing the mind so we can offer quality care to patients and clients.

Our hospital has a high staff to doctor ratio so that doctors can be doctors. Our team includes many highly trained team members. New grads are welcome to apply and mentorship is available. 

Midbay Veterinary Hospital is focused on quality medicine and surgery (no grooming or boarding to worry about).  We have many  "toys" and are always open to acquiring more as the need arises. The hospital has digital x-ray, ultrasound, anesthesia monitors, class 4 therapy laser, shockwave, paperless records, etc.

Midbay Veterinary Hospital is a growing small animal exclusive practice located in the beautiful panhandle of Florida in Niceville. We are minutes from emerald green water and white sandy beaches, with miles of forests and rivers nearby to explore. Our motto is "Medical excellence with a small town touch". Our clientele is mostly professionals and military and they expect and are able to pay for quality medical care for their pets; which we are able to provide (with options such as digital x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser therapy and shockwave therapy). We endeavor to treat all of our patients as if they were our own and give the courtesy and respect to our clients that we receive from them in turn. We refer/send all of our after hour and weekend cases/emergencies to the local emergency clinic which allows our doctors and staff to enjoy a better work/life balance. Our hospital is moving very soon to a new location just down the block and we will have ample space for adding on new team members. We believe in compassionate care and and partnering with our clients with the treatment of their four legged friends and we are looking for someone to join our hospital with the same ideals.
