Our ideal candidate is an experienced small animal veterinarian with solid clinical, dental, surgical, communication and professional skills with a love of partnering with clients to develop the best care plan/s for their beloved pets. We are also open to hiring and developing a new graduate veterinarian as an associate with a strong, tried and true mentoring program. He/She/They will also delight in helping to mentor younger veterinarians and help to grow the knowledge and skills of our veterinary nursing team. We are an independent, family-owned small animal practice seeing cats and dogs; exotics can be seen based on DVM comfort level. • Work/life balance with a 4-day week and every 3^rd Saturday with a dedicated day weekly for anesthetic procedures.
• Well equipped with in-house lab, digital radiology (the majority of our radiographs are evaluated by a radiology telemedicine service with both routine and stat capabilities), digital dental radiology, cold laser. Our Medical Director performs acupuncture.
• A highly skilled and eager-to-assist nursing team that allows our doctors to spend their time being a doctor diagnosing and treating patients.

The fine print:  Must be a graduate DVM of an accredited veterinary medical college with three or more years’ experience including solid dentistry and soft tissue surgical skills; licensed or willing to become licensed in Colorado; USDA accredited or willing to become accredited for interstate and international health certificates. DEA licensure appreciated but not required. **We are willing to consider a new graduate veterinarian to mentor and develop your skills to be a successful associate; two of our current associates came to us as new grads. Salary is based on production commensurate with experience ($100,000-125,000), generous continuing education allowance, health insurance and more.
