Duties and Responsibilities:
Participating in extensive canine reproductive services
Understand the patient's needs and client's expectations.
Being able to multi-task, be versatile, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
Gain knowledge in all areas of small animal medicine: surgery, dentistry, radiology, preventive care, client education, laboratory diagnostics

Holds current license as a Veterinary Technician in Wisconsin and completes all requirements to maintain license.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple work streams while setting/supervising priorities and demonstrating consistent follow-through.
Demonstrates superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational, time management and administrative skills – ability to meet deadlines, ability to achieve and maintain high productivity levels with attention to detail.

Critical Thinking-Understanding logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the described essential functions.
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and life/carry over 20#, sometimes for extended periods of time. The employee is regularly required to lift/carry over 50# and occasionally over 100#, with reasonable assistance. Shifts may exceed 8-10 hours per day. The shift does not end until all duties are completed for the day.
