We currently have 4 veterinarians with a new graduate veterinarian joining us in the summer of 2023. We are looking to onboard one more veterinarian around the time of our move.
The perfect fit would be a veterinarian that loves practicing high-quality medicine and enjoys working with a well-trained nursing team to help ease their workload. This veterinarian would be seeking a calm, less hectic work environment as we run a very controlled and manageable schedule.
Our current team of doctors are close, great friends and great colleagues. They share cases, enjoy social events together and are family. Dr. Hitt and Dr. Chamarande have been working together for over 15 years and Dr. Hosler used to work with them when she was just starting the field as an assistant before college and vet school! We are looking for our next family member :)
We place a huge emphasis on not burning staff/doctors out and greatly value our work/life balance. We schedule 30 minutes appointment and are very cognizant not to overload our employees. We are very team-oriented and have an amazing employee base with great attitudes. We offer great benefits (health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, CE allowance, licenses and dues) and have a great work life balance (we close at 6pm during the week!).
We are open to part-time, full-time and you can let us know what schedule you prefer. Our pay is extremely competitive and likely more than the prosal you are currently making. We prefer to pay a straight (and easy) high salary and take the stress off of production medicine. We would be sure to pay you more than your best production year and that way you don't have to worry and you get a consistent paycheck.
Please reach out if you want to join our amazing team and to enjoy our new state-of-the-art facility (we can arrange a tour for you to see it).
