Alameda Pet Hospital is a small animal practice in Alameda, California.  We are looking for a part time doctor (2 days/week, 10-hour shifts per day) to join our amazing practice!

•    Experienced staff.   Our staff is a blend of various ages and years in the veterinary field.  We have some team members that have been with us for almost 20 years!  Our staff is both friendly and professional.   We know how to laugh, and we always get the job done well.
•    Amazing veterinary care:  We are friendly and professional.  Our team prides itself on excellent customer service, top-notch veterinary medicine, and the ability to adjust our recommendations based on our clients’ personal budgets, while always providing amazing care.
•    Veterinarians: we are a multi-doctor practice (3-4 veterinarians), with a combined experience of over fifty-five years!   
•    Appointments: There are typically 2 doctors on the floor seeing patients at a time.  Our appointment length is 30 minutes.
•    Modern Equipment, such as a brand-new Ultrasound Machine, Digital Radiology, Digital Dental Radiology, Ultrasonic dental equipment, Tonopen.  
•    Great clients, great animals.   Clients have been coming to see us for years.  We believe in building long-standing relationships with our clients and patients.
•    Fabulous Location: We are an island community (Alameda) in the East Bay with close beach access, and a short drive/ferry ride to San Francisco.  This is an incredible place to live for outdoor enthusiasts. Our practice is located one block away from the hip epicenter of our amazing town! Tons of shops and restaurants! 
Candidate Requirements:
•    Ideally 2 years minimum experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
•    Medical, Surgical, and Dental skills/interest
•    Team-Player
•    Personality that fits in with our practice culture.  We are really wanting to find the “right fit”
