 Ideal Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience with strong surgical skills.
• Experience, passion, or interest in exotics, birds, and pocket pets.
• Wisconsin Veterinary License – active and in good standing.
• A team-oriented mentality that supports our positive, collaborative culture.
• Experience handling complex and challenging cases.
• Leadership mindset with a desire to advance at our practice and be a strong mentor to our team.
• Personable with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
