Desert Sky Animal Hospital has been proudly serving pet owners in and around Glendale, AZ (From downtown Phoenix) since 2013. Dr. Kellee Blackwell, the founder and Chief of Staff of the practice, has been serving the community for over 20 years! The modern and inviting hospital boasts superb veterinarians and caring support staff that are dedicated to our patients, clients, and community.

Job Requirements:

State Veterinary Board License is current and must be in good standing.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
