As the founding Medical Director, you’ll focus on:

• Building a strong team with excellent practice culture: We've completed demographic surveys and the results show excellent growth in the Francis/Kamas area, which will support highly productive DVM salaries and attract talented support staff
• Partner with Western Veterinary Partners for recruiting, marketing, and operational needs: Utilize the WVP team and our resources so you have more time to focus on medicine and lead your growing team toward success 
• Positively representing the hospital: We're creating a unicorn practice, that's something to be proud of!
• Welcoming and stewarding a highly satisfied client base: You know, you're an experienced veterinarian. Client relationships and excellent medicine are the foundation of a great practice.
• Providing quality GP services and establishing protocols and hospital workflow

This is a full-time role, comprised of 4-day work weeks for a total of 12-16 shifts each month. We have locum DVMs and relief doctors in the area to ensure you're able to take some well-deserved time off and establish a balance between work and time away that makes sense for your life.
