Open to consider Full Time or Part Time Associate Veterinarians to join or current DVM Team. The position would involve a daily rotation through our wellness, appointment, urgent care, and surgical services. ( If your not supper excited about surgery or dentistry you don't have to participate in the surgical rotation. )
Practice offers complete veterinary care to its clients, to include orthopedic and advanced soft tissue procedures. Over 9,000 square foot of facility with 10 exam rooms, ultrasound, two table surgical suite, surgical laser, three dental stations with high speed drills, and many of the common tools and toys. The practice strives to provide the best veterinary medicine has to offer, but works with the client to allow them to provide their pets the best care they can afford using incremental care when needed. We do not board or groom, we practice only medicine and surgery.
Staff is trained to help DVMs with routine sample collection, reporting, patient care, and client communication. Staff to DVM ratio of 4/5:1 or better.
Our practice has several emergency and specialty practices in the area to help support our client’s after hour needs. But our practice is equipped and experienced to assist clients that may not be able to afford specialty care. We challenge our doctors to grow and support younger Doctors with solid mentorship and opportunity to take on those exciting challenging cases. With nearly 45 plus years of combined experience in our Senior Veterinary leadership they are ready to help mentor the new or recent graduate.
Practice pays DVMs on a Pro-Salary basis, so motivated DVMs are rewarded financially. Current DVM staff earn between $120,000-$145,000 per year depending on how many days they work. That puts our doctors in the top 25% of income in Tennessee. Hospital is closed Saturday and Sunday.
