Harbor Springs Vet is a multi-doctor practice located in the Tampa, Florida area. This hospital is privately owned and managed by Dr. Billy Kowalski who graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Our team prides itself on excellent bedside manner, dentistry and surgery skills, and we practice platinum level medicine. 

We are a small animal exclusive practice that focuses on providing platinum level care for our patients. Our hospital is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiology, laser therapy, electrocautery, in house labs, and pretty much anything else you could want to practice!

We have a dedicated dental surgery suite as well as a dedicated general surgery suite. Our hospital offers both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery to our patients.

We are open Monday-Friday and do not take call overnight or on the weekend.
