Are you a greyhound puppy- something that supposedly exists but has never been seen?  Do you like working in a small, independent clinic with dedicated clients?  Clifton Park Veterinary Clinic in Clifton Park, NY is looking for a Full or Part-Time Associate to join our dedicated, well-established and sometimes slightly unhinged team (LOL).   Our LVT’s are utilized to the extent of their licenses and work together to ensure an efficient and low stress environment. We have most of the bells and whistles – digital dental xray, digital xray, in house lab, electronic medical records and a very nice Nikon microscope.  Our xray generator is a bit of a dinosaur ( 1976 Bennett) but will probably outlive all of us.

No on-call, no weekends. Everyone gets a lunch- EVERY DAY- the office is closed during lunch hour. 

We offer a very competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience and status (part-time vs full-time). Benefits/Salary package are customizable to what you need.

       Located in the beautiful Capital District of NY, Clifton Park is a large, growing suburban community 30 minutes north of Albany and 20 minutes south of Saratoga Springs, NY.  We are 30 minutes from the gorgeous Adirondacks- 6 million acres of protected wilderness where you can fulfill any outdoor adventure you want.  There are also numerous cultural and outdoor activities within a 10-30 minute drive.

Clifton Park Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned general practice serving the suburban Clifton Park, NY area since 1976 ( previously Country Knolls Animal Hospital). Currently we are a 1.2 doctor practice with 9 employees. We employ 3 LVT's that are utilized to the extent of their licenses. The clinic has an in house IDEXX suite for bloodwork/urine and uses IDEXX reference lab. We have digital radiology and dental radiology with a dental suite. We try to provide personalized care in a low stress environment. Our motto is A Caring Way Everyday. We are closed on weekends and have 2 ER's within a 20 minute drive.
