Todd County Veterinary Clinic is seeking to hire an associate to join our thriving mixed animal practice. Our practice consists of two clinics in Long Prairie and Clarissa in central Minnesota. We do 70% small animal work and 30% large animal work with the majority of the large animal work being dairy, beef cow-calf, and small ruminant. We also do limited equine work. Our Long Prairie office is equipped with in house chemistry, hematology, and digital radiography.
We are looking for an associate to do mixed animal work; however, we would accommodate a strictly small animal associate. This practice has excellent buy-in or purchase potential.
Todd County Veterinary Clinic is a mixed animal practice with two clinic locations in Long Prairie and Clarissa Minnesota. We do approximately 70% small animal work and 30% large animal work with the majority of the large animal being dairy and cow calf. We also do some equine and small ruminant work. Our dairy clients range from small Amish herds to mid-sized free-stall herds. We work hard to offer high quality service at prices that are affordable, and at the same time, take home a good salary. The current owner would like to retire in 4 years or less and wishes to pass the practice on to new private owners at a price that allows them to continue the tradition of providing affordable but yet good quality medicine.
Todd County has many outdoor recreational opportunities. We are rural but several regional retail centers are within an hour's drive. The Twin Cities and Fargo are both approx. 2.5 hours away. Todd County has a stable economy supported by agriculture, meat packing, food processing, and numerous other small industries. It has excellent health care facilities and the Long Prairie High School was recently recognized for college readiness.
