About Us

Do you have ambitions to become a veterinary practice owner, delivering outstanding care to underserved pet communities? We’re on our way and building a large 2-story free-standing animal hospital in the West Loop of Chicago, set to be completed Summer of 2023! We are looking for an ambitious, passionate veterinarian who is ready to pursue their dream of practice ownership.

About You

• 3+ years experience as a veterinarian
• Desire to create a health practice culture and have the power to create change
• Eagerness to show off entrepreneurial skills and learn more about business
• Ready to take on ownership of a hospital and directly impact the success of the hospital
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, fellow team members, and management
• Exceptional client communication skills that convey core veterinary concepts to customers in an easily understandable and highly professional way
• Knowing that great results are only achieved through teamwork accomplished through mutual respect
• Respond to the pressure of a fast-paced environment with dignity, presence, and grace
