VCA Bakerstown Animal Hospital, located in Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 2.5 doctor team. The practice sits on two acres of beautiful landscaping and the building is a spacious five thousand square feet. Our hospital is AAHA certified, Feline Friendly and a member the American Association of Feline Practitioners.  VCA Bakerstown has a long history of service to our community since 1980, a family atmosphere, and excellent work-life balance. Our team works limited evening hours and Saturdays (8am-noon), and no holidays. No on call or overnights. We are proud of the extreme longevity of our team members, some of those staff have been with the practice for over 15 years. We are located about 25-30 minutes from the city of Pittsburgh. Our area is surrounded by excellent school districts. Plenty to do if you like food, adventure, hunting, hiking, or shopping. We have extensive networks of emergency and urgent care veterinary hospitals near us to provide additional treatments for our patients when needed.
