Blue Cross Animal Hospital is a privately owned practice that seeks an associate veterinarian to join our team consisting of two full time and one part time veterinarian.  The associate veterinarian will be expected to work four days weekly. The case load will consist of same day sick patients  and referrals needing to be seen urgently through Louisville Veterinary Internal Medicine service. Clinicians will receive full support from an internal medicine / emergency critical care specialists who has formally trained interns and mentored numerous veterinarians over a 25 year career. Are you ready to learn how to perform complete abdominal ultrasounds, A-FAST/T-FAST, advanced emergency care techniques (thoracocentesis, abdominocentesis, chest tube placement) feeding tube placement, fluid therapy resuscitation and more will be reviewed/discussed on a case by case basis.  We are looking for talented clinicians who want to work hard, learn and still have time off to enjoy life.
