VCA Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is looking for an Emergency Veterinarian, (Emergency and Critical Care Clinician) who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.
VCA Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists was established in West Palm Beach in 1998 and has developed from a mobile surgery service into a full-service, multi-disciplinary, specialty-only practice. We reside within a new, award-winning (2015 Hospital of the Year) 34,000 sq. ft. physical plant (operating 24/7/365) that boasts an in-house national reference laboratory and a blood bank. Specialty equipment includes two ultrasound machines, Bird Ventilator, on-site MRI and CT machines, and two radiology suites. Nuclear Medicine capabilities include I131 treatment and Linear Accelerator. Our advanced-design physical plant and service capability brings a level of sophistication to our practice that is unmatched in South Florida.
The Hospital is also home to the Palm Coast Education Center that includes a 125 seat auditorium, large conference room, and meeting hall used to provide continuing education programs for veterinarians and paraprofessionals. In addition to our ER/ECC doctors team, our staff of specialists includes two Surgeons, two Internists, a Neurologist, a Radiation Oncologist, and Ophthalmologist. The Chief-of-Staff and hospital owner is a practicing, board-certified surgeon/clinician committed to delivering quality and value specialty veterinary medical services. We are an integrated practice that utilizes a team approach to case consultation and management, and we employ skilled, cheerful, compassionate, dedicated nurses. Our doctors work closely to provide optimal patient care, attentive client service, and open dialogue with referring veterinarians.
