The $110,000 is your base salary, a bonus would be paid if collected fees exceed $550,000, then bonus is paid so salary would be up to 20% of those collected fees. We have a good average invoice amount, so reaching that goal is possible. We also provide health insurance, 401 K, and after 1 year paid vacation and continuing education. We would pay up to an additional $10,000.00 in relocation costs.

We are a single doctor small animal practice located in NE Ohio, a few minutes east of Canton. Our clinic is within a 90 minute drive from Cleveland or Pittsburgh. We are looking for a second veterinarian. We have a new hospital that opened in 2014, with 4 exam rooms, surgical and dental suites, and full DR radiology. Our support staff is made up of 5 RVTs and several assistants. We do not have high turn over with our support staff, so they know how to help work up a case and help present this to our clients. We feel that education of our clients is important and take the time to evaluate each patient and explain a treatment plan to the client. We have full soft tissue surgical capabilities, electro-cautery and arterial ligation, some orthopedic capabilities, full dental with radiography, rigid endoscopic equipment, ultrasound and radiography, full in house lab machines, and medical therapy laser available to help us provide excellent care to our patients. We expect that our veterinarians will work up cases fully. Our clinic tries to provide this care in a low stress, friendly atmosphere, for the benefit of both our staff and clients.
We understand the importance of time off to refresh yourself professionally and to have time with your family. A flexible, fair schedule is expected.
Full or part time veterinarian to participate fully in a small animal clinic both surgical and medical capability are required. Need good communication and leadership skills.
