Led by Dr. Kirk Esmond, we pride ourselves on providing the best care offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services using progressive, modern medicine and innovative technology. We are a five doctor, full-service small animal general medicine and surgery practice with a focus on canine reproduction. We pride ourselves on having a positive team environment, professional and experienced support staff, and solid leadership. To complement our doctors, we have an experienced support staff and a strong leadership team to help in your success to deliver the best care to each pet and pet owner!

As a Veterinary Student Extern you will be actively mentored (and depending on your year of school) as you develop technical skills while participating in rounds, surgery, treatments, and consultations with clients. Our industry standard mentorship resource guide will help you and your mentor intentionally identify objectives to focus on to ensure your experience is customized for what you want to achieve. Your experience could include gathering histories, performing physical examinations, developing diagnostic and therapeutic plans or building case management plans depending on what you are hoping to experience. We are here to help you become the doctor you want to be!

Enrolled in DVM/VMD program at an AVMA accredited veterinary school
