The practice manager at Urban Vet Care works closely with the Medical Director and Practice Owner to provide a positive culture while maintaining a profitable operation as well as providing exceptional patient/client care. -Establishes goals for the practice and individual team members. -Ability to assist in the ease and flow of the workday, including team member management -Works with the technician supervisor and Medical director in maintaining schedules. -Managing, planning and coordinating overall operations of the practice. -Oversees employee benefits program -Implements hospital policy, including OSHA DEA/controlled substance compliance -Tracks/m
