The owner would like a new vet to start practicing with all the current equipment and inventory.  It is a goal of the owner/veterinarian to transition the clientele to the new veterinarian and fill in any educational gaps (for recent graduates).  

The terms are negotiable with the interested veterinarian paying an annual fee from the profit of the practice for a set number of years resulting in ownership of the practice.
