About Advance Vet Care
Seeking a Veterinary associate for a small animal practice that has served Horry county area for the past 43 years. A full-time associate to become a member of our hospital team who works directly with a managing doctor and supporting medical staff. This individual advances the quality of medicine in the practice and provides exceptional client service to our clients and patients. In addition to a loyal clientele, we provide digital x-ray imaging, ultrasound technology, on site lab work, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, and intensive and isolation care.At Advance Vet Care, you will have the freedom to practice quality medicine with highly trained nurses that can anticipate your needs. Seasoned candidates are welcome to apply, but newer graduates will also be considered and welcomed. Our ideal associate would have surgical experience and be enthusiastic, caring, professional, and motivated to care for our patients and clients.Practice in accordance to state practice act and principles of veterinary medical ethics.State Veterianry Board License and must be in good standing for the state prior to their start date.Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental... procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols.Gather information and listening to, and empathizing with client concerns.Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.Present a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.Notes:Additional Salary Information: Salary depends on experience level and is negotiable.
