We are seeking a full-time manager to lead our team. We currently have 1 Veterinarian and 4 Technicians but are looking grow. This dedicated and harmonious team enjoys working in a beautiful facility that was carefully designed by the practice owner to include cat-friendly areas. This practice has a team of optimistic team members who are devoted to the practice mission. We are seeking a motivated and experienced manager who will empower this team to continue to grow and thrive. The Hospital Manager is a leader and an integral member of the veterinary hospital team.
Manage human resources including hiring, training and staff scheduling.
Monitor all legal requirements for state, local and county.
Update our social media accounts.
Ensure maintenance of facility and equipment.
Establishes goals for the practice and staff.
Ensures payroll is accurately completed and submitted for all hospital staff.
Manages accounts receivable and cash on hand, including performing invoice audit reviews.
Manages hospital inventory and controls facility and administrative costs.
Get necessary documents to the Accountant monthly.
Implement and oversee inventory management and expense control.
Produce and review management, productivity and fiscal reports.
Prefer at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role- preferably veterinary industry!
College degree preferred, but not required
Previous experience in animal healthcare is a plus
