Farrell Animal Hospital is a three-veterinarian AAHA privately owned state-of-the-art small animal hospital with all the latest technology located in Arlington, Texas 20 miles from Dallas (east) and 15 miles from Fort Worth (west). We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our remarkable staff. One long-time staff member shared, “Dr. Turner is the best boss in the world! He is concerned about the welfare of each of us above and beyond just work.” He treats us like a family. He encourages the staff to stay home if they are sick and take care of themselves. No drama! If a problem comes up, they take care of it immediately. It’s all about the pet. Arlington has many attractions: Dallas Cowboys, the University of Texas at Arlington, the WNBA team, and a great culture.

-our hospital manager’s goal is to make everyone’s life easier,
-veterinarian schedule: 3-1/2 days week plus 1-2 Saturdays/month,
-we have 25-minute appointments,
-highly knowledgeable and longtime staff,
-collaborative culture where veterinarians routinely bounce things off of each other and the staff,
-we do all surgeries but orthopedic,
-equipment includes Ultrasound with a link to oncura for training staff, digital whole body and dental scaling, therapeutic laser, anesthesia monitoring, EKG, etc.
-we prefer to over-communicate rather than under-communicate,
-three of our DVMs and 2 techs are ultrasound trained.

Compensation: $100K-140K guaranteed base (depending on experience) plus 22% production (COVID), medical insurance, 401K match, relocation expenses, continuing medical education stipend of $1500 and time off, association memberships, license fees, -2 weeks paid time off, 7 national holidays off.
