Privately owned since 1992, we are an eclectic mix of the old and the new. From our hospital building, a converted New England chicken barn, to our staff that ranges from seasoned veterans to the most eager of recent graduates, we believe that a healthy work-life balance is particularly important. We work very hard to provide compassionate, high quality care during work hours and we enjoy the rich culture and natural beauty of the Pioneer Valley during our off time.
We know our clients well and we consider many of them friends. They reward our dedication with appreciation and loyalty. We take pride in the fact that we have fostered such a deep connection with our clients and patients.

In addition to the above tangible benefits, the hospital is located in an ideal location. The Pelham/Amherst area is rich with culture. There are five high quality Colleges in the area, and each offers many opportunities to see and do things. For example, The Museum of Art and the Botanical Gardens at Smith College. Other local attractions include The Eric Carle Museum, Museum at the Home of Emily Dickinson, The Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory, Historic Deerfield and much more. Also, within a short drive there are Rhode Island and Connecticut ocean beaches and scenic Cape Cod for the summertime, the Berkshires and several Vermont and New Hampshire mountains for skiing and wintertime fun. There are many year-round hiking and nature trails, most of which are dog friendly. The Connecticut River offers 2 local marinas, canoeing and white-water rafting. We boast the best summer corn and fall foliage. There is something for everyone in every season!
We are a very busy single doctor, small animal practice located in Pelham MA. We currently employ 8 full and part time team members. We see exclusively cats and dogs and have modern equipment and technology.
