We are a high-volume, low-cost veterinary clinic providing care to the shelter animals of Butte Humane Society as well as services to the public including: spay and neuter, preventative and wellness care, diagnostics, dental cleanings, and minor surgical procedures. We are currently seeking a positive, confident, compassionate, and dedicated full-time veterinarian to join our team. The Associate Veterinarian will work under the Chief Medical Director and Clinic Manager to meet/exceed our clinic goals. Must be a skilled team player able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Duties include high quality, high volume spay/neuter surgery, dental care, patient exams, overseeing medical care/needs of shelter animals, overseeing medical/sanitation protocols and assisting with team training and support.

CONTACTS WITH OTHERS: Will have contact with the general public, outside vendors, employees, volunteers, donors, supporters, board members, veterinarians, other animal agencies, and animal care professionals. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills are essential to success. WORK SCHEDULE: Veterinary clinic is open Tuesday through Friday, however candidate must be willing to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
