Full time associate needed for small animal clinic in central Texas between Austin and Temple. Salado is a small art and wine loving community with traditional values and great schools. Perfect for anyone wanting to live in a peaceful area and be close to Austin, Belton, Temple, Round Rock, or Georgetown. Animal Medical Salado is a small family owned business that encourages a relaxed atmosphere. Client base is friendly and willing to refer to specialty centers. Coursework in emotional intelligence and coaching is a plus.
Clinic features: ultrasound, digital radiographs, electronic medical records, ETCO2, Hydraulic surgery table, etc.
Benefits: Salary $80K (commensurate with experience, no neg accrual), medical insurance, vision/dental, 401K, parental leave, 1.5weeks PTO, CE allowance. Extra CE budget for special projects. Flexible salary and benefits package based on employee needs and experience.
Schedule: no after hours emergency, 4 day work week, every other Saturday, no Sunday (nearest specialty center 30min). Allowance made for scheduling around day care, school functions, and religious holidays.
