Modern building with four exam rooms, surgery suite, and treatment area with two wet tables
Soft tissue, elective, orthopedic & other specialty surgeries with a traveling board-certified surgeon
Excellent surgical monitoring capabilities by licensed technicians, pulse oximetry and blood pressure monitoring
Digital x-ray system, including dental digital x-ray
Ultrasonic dental equipment
In-house laboratory capabilities for selected blood chemistries (Idexx Catalyst & Lasercyte System), urinalysis and sediments, PCV & TP, and various Elisa snap tests; access to external full service clinical and pathological laboratories

As an Associate Veterinarian you are an invaluable member of the team who works collaboratively with the Managing DVM, Associate DVMs, and support staff. This individual advances the quality of medicine in the practice and provides exceptional client service to our clients and patients.Additional responsibilities include:
Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to, and empathizing with their concerns
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort
Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnostics, preventative health care, and nutritional needs
Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up to date through established protocols
Stay current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service
Present a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the general public
