AAHA accredited veterinary hospital located in the suburbs of Philadelphia seeks a Veterinarian with excellent clinical and patient/client relationship skills. Experience is prefered, but we are willing to train new graduates.
The services offered by The Women’s Humane Society Veterinary Hospital and Animal Shelter are in high demand and we are looking to meet community needs. Our general practice treats family owned pets in the community as well as animals recently adopted from the shelter. We are a full service practice equipped with digital radiography, a multi-table surgical suite, state of the art in house diagnostic equipment, five spacious exam rooms, and an experienced support staff. Services we offer include routine to specialty surgery including aesculight laser surgery, dental prophylaxis, chronic disease management, preventative care, and physical therapy. Our hospital is by appointment only, with same-day sick availability.

Candidates must have a strong desire to practice high quality veterinary surgery and medicine in a busy and collegial atmosphere. A desire to maintain a well-rounded caseload and work with a team of veterinarians and technicians to expand our services and ensure the well-being of pets in our community is essential. Veterinary licensure in the state of Pennsylvania or licensure in another state with the intent and ability to gain licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
