We have almost all of the newest practice toys including exam room videoscopes,digital radiology including dental, full lab, ultrasound, laser surgery and medical therapy, instrumentation for all types of surgery, intensive care cages, newest radiosurgery equipment, positive pressure anesthesia as well as traditional inhalation anesthesia, ECG, Complete dental equipment to include root canals & full mouth extractions, true isolation room with its own ventilation, stainless steel runs with elevated floors keeping pets dry and more sanitary, artificial grass pet elimination areas with urine going thru the carpet into state of the art drainage system, all in / all out kennel ventilation preventing recirculated air almost completely eliminating kennel cough and stress diarrhea. The desire of the owner is to employ and train 2 additional associates with the capability of purchasing the practice doing 3,000,000 per year starting in 3-5 years with a purchase plan continually allowing the associates to take home additional income every year while paying off the note being held by the current owner until it is paid off and you are the new owners. Owner is a rare individual that still loves practice as much now as when started 45 years ago and has the goal of continually practicing part-time as long as he is able to do so. He is an accomplished surgeon that can do most all procedures that often are sent to specialists allowing the associates to see procedures done here that usually are referred. Guaranteed you will learn as much here in the next couple of years than did in veterinary school and probably the first 2-3 years in most small animal practices.
