The Ideal Candidate
Certified Veterinary Technician with 2 or more years of experience.
Has the professional skills to easily recover from the distractions of cute puppies and kittens to complete the orders of the DVM and keep the appointments flowing on time.
Has the ability to be highly organized, mature, and calm in a fast-paced team environment.
Has exam room, treatment area and surgical/dental experience.
Advocates for the patient and follows the details of the case to completion.
Is a master at interpersonal and active listening communication with your team, DVMs and clients.
Goes the extra mile in the categories of reliability, responsibility, honesty, supportive care, and dedication to the human animal bond.
Has strong managerial, phone and computer skills.
Has a passion to grow and learn both personally and professionally.
Has a sense of joy that while others sit behind a desk, we gratefully pick up poop and play with dogs and cats.

Working closely with your team to achieve our vision with grace, gratitude, and joy while supporting work-life balance for all.
Working closely with our DVMs to provide exemplary veterinary care and customer service.
Working closely with clients and advocating for patients.
Cross training and assisting in other departments, such as reception, treatment or surgery.
Learning the business of marketing, customer service and veterinary practice.
Developing yourself personally and professionally every day.
Fully utilizing your skills and learning something new every day.
Stretching your brain, learning and implementing integrative therapies.
Wage dependent on experience. Knowledge of Cornerstone will help you, but is not required.
