We are currently seeking a full-time practice manager to join our team. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and supervise all hospital services, policies, procedures and personnel. This person must have a working knowledge of various areas in a veterinary hospital.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have experience in HR, OSHA policies, social media, inventory, be self-motivated, detail oriented, and energetic. Additional responsibilities include management of finance and accounting, marketing, public relations, client management, facilities, equipment and technology, maintaining hospital standards, leading a mix of 30+ professional team members, and other tasks as assigned. Skills / Knowledge:
An ideal candidate for this position is someone who is good at follow-through, possesses efficiency in completing tasks, is independent and demonstrates ability to make sound decisions independently. The candidate should be excellent at time management, organized, and has the ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously, giving great attention to detail. The ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude is important, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. The candidate should be able to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
Minimum of one year experience is a prerequisite, either an Associate's or preferably a Bachelor’s degree is required, CVPM designation is highly regarded and preferred as well.
Experience with evetpractice a plus
He/She should also be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, google applications.

Salary Information: Commensurate with skills, experience, references, and education. Benefits available and negotiable. Expected range 50,000-65,000
